Rising Through COVID

In October, RISE Consulting hosted its premiere panel event, Rising Through COVID! At this online webinar session, we began with a student-led workshop on COVID-19 and macro trends by industry, headed by our amazing RISE members: Sharon He, Hyesu Chung, Rocky Rivera, Mason Lau, Tina Wang, and Mehul Krishna. Next, we invited a panel of recruitment managers and talent acquisition specialists to speak to our students about how COVID-19 has impacted their firms and their internship recruiting process. Students heard from firms like Northrop Grumman, Northwestern Mutual, United Talent Agency, Fox Corporation, and other major players on the scene. We are so proud of the results of this event and hope that everyone who attended gained something valuable from our time together.
